The PERFECT System
Iowa Workers' Compensation Commissioner Christopher Godfrey implemented the PERFECT System, an electronic docketing and case management system, in the fall of 2011. All filings at the commissioner's office, including petitions, discovery and settlements, will be made electronically. Attorneys who practice before the agency must register and use this system.
